Phoenix Elementary School District

HEARD

Rebecca Casas, a first-grade bilingual education teacher, received the Bilingual Teacher of the Year recognition at the Arizona Association for Bilingual Educators conference at ASU-West in late March. She is a Phoenix resident who has taught 24 years in the district.
