House Republican leaders on Monday reintroduced a package of education and fiscal policy bills to replace measures vetoed earlier this year by Democratic Gov. Janet Napolitano.

The bills, prefiled for the 2006 regular session beginning in January, include measures to create a new school-choice tax credit for businesses, to revamp programs for instruction of students learning the English language and make a hefty deposit in the state's rainy day reserve.
