MUNCIE, Ind. - Police charge James Adams picked the wrong place to try to rob.

He only speaks English but is accused of trying to pull a stick-up at a Mexican restaurant in Muncie, Ind.

Witnesses say Adams pretended he had a gun in his pocket and ordered an employee at Puerto Vallarta Mexican Restaurant and Cantina to open the cash register. But the restaurant worker doesn't speak English and was confused.

A second employee acted like he didn't speak English, either. Another worker and a customer called police. Adams was busted on robbery charges.
