Spanish class is offered for people in real estate

PHOENIX - Phoenix College is offering a Spanish-language real estate course that
will teach the basics of dealing with Spanish-speaking clients. The program is
designed to provide non-Spanish-speaking real estate agents and others selling
property and/or housing, with functional skills.
No Spanish-language experience is required. The course runs from 1 to 3 p.m.
on Tuesdays, from next week through Dec. 12 at the college, 1202 W. Thomas Road.
Tuition is $174 and includes training, instructional material and audio CDs.
